  • Sanitize toilet bowl brush and wipe dry

  • Sanitize Toilet paper holder

  • Clean mirror

  • Sanitize sink and counter top all items will be picked up cleaned under/wipe clean bottles and replace neatly)

  • Vanity wiped clean (lower cabinets)

  • Floors vacuum & edge/ dry dust/wet mopped including hand wipe baseboards

  • Garbage removal

  • Cobwebs

  • Swifter dust blinds/picture frames

  • Damp wipe: door frames/ledges

  • Damp wipe: window ledges (windows spot clean as needed)

  • Damp wipe: towel bars and straighten towels

  • Damp wipe Vanity lights (do not use swifter on lights)

  • Wipe clean outlet covers/switch plates

  • Clean and sanitize shower and tub (bottles wiped clean)

  • Clean and sanitize toilet (wipe clean walls around toilet)

KITCHEN

  • Exterior of Refrigerator

  • Shine Stainless steel appliances with Zep polish

  • Exterior of Dishwasher and inside edge wiped clean

  • Wipe clean countertops (eye level check for debris left over)

  • Wipe clean kitchen table & chairs, remove lint from bottom of every chair/stool

  • Wipe clean baseboards

  • Vacuum & edge attachment/dry dust mop/wet mop floors/ (This is a 4-step process)

  • Floor drying time

  • Replace rugs/chairs

  • If accessible, Clean lower window above sink

  • Scour/disinfect sink

  • Garbage removal

  • Cobwebs

  • Swifter Blinds

  • Ceiling fans dusted

  • Damp wipe: door frames

  • Damp wipe: window ledges

  • Damp wipe: switch plates/outlet covers

  • Exterior of stovetop glass/gas/electric remove grates and clean

  • Dust night stands (if accessible) selected items will picked up and replaced

  • General straightening

  • Baseboards dry dusted

  • Vacuum under bed (if accessible)

  • Vacuum/edging tool/dust mop/wet mop

  • Garbage removal
